Self defence for women and even men is an essential life skills nowadays. While there are many different styles of Martial Arts, some of the most common and widely practiced forms around the world are : ![]() Tae Kwon Do (Taekwondo): This self defence Training involves ● learning a system of blocks, kicks, punches, and open-handed strikes, as well as ● varying forms of take-downs, throws, and joint locks, all of which develop strength, speed, balance, flexibility, and stamina. ● In addition to self-defense training, students learn prearranged sequences of techniques known as forms or Poomsae (known in other martial arts as kata).
Karate: This self defence is a martial art that - ● stresses on striking techniques, such as punching, kicking, knee and elbow strikes, and open-handed techniques such as knife-hands (karate chop). ● The major traditional styles of karate are Shotokan, Shito Ryu, Goju Ryu, and Wado Ryu.

OUR COACHING PLAN in our self defense classes include a combination of Taekwondo and Karate. In comparison to Taekwondo, Karate tends to focus more on hand strikes, whereas Taekwondo emphasizes on kicking techniques.

COACHDIRECT WAY: We aim to teach self-defense by training you to recognize situations in which physical self-defense may be necessary, and teaching you how to control such situations to your advantage. If you wish to progress in a particular form of self defence, then we enable formal belt examinations and tournaments to reach your goals.
