Corporate Social Responsibility
CoachDirect is doing its bit to the society in the following ways:
1. Volunteering: Our coaches do voluntary coaching activities to deserving underprivileged children. This gives us satisfaction as we are engaged with kids who take up sports as a pastime instead of other destructive avenues. Sports help build their character and inspire them to achieve their goals in life. We always welcome your reference to deserving children and we shall be happy to engage with them by providing our support.
2. Donations: A part of CoachDirect's profits are being donated to a charitable organisation, Dr Cap’s Memorial Society, Srikakulam, AP, towards the maintenance of its Sri Mani Children's Home - a home dedicated to children having leprosy family background.

About Dr Cap's Memorial Society and Sri Mani Children's Home:
Dr Cap’s Memorial Society, Srikakulam, a Voluntary Social Service Organization started enthralling its activities into the education segment under their primary activity of alleviating the sufferings of leprosy affected people of the most poverty ridden region of Andhra Pradesh by translating the vision into an action of Sri. R.S. Mani, founder president of this organisation, a legendary personality in the field of Social Service and a close associate of Mahatma Gandhi. For those who have born with a golden spoon in their mouth, the dictum “Accept what life unfolds and strive what you want to unfold in life” may be an absolute reality but unfortunately it is diagonally opposite for those children who have born in the families having leprosy background.
“Roses may have thorns, but they’re still beautiful. The greatest joys and pleasures in life are often accompanied by a little pain”. Dr Cap’s Memorial Society strongly believes and emulates this fact and started working towards this end by opening a new vista within their existing service activity by engrossing into education segment because education is the apprenticeship of life. Under this activity, children having the leprosy family background are identified and provided with all necessary logistics, which include admitting them into Schools/Colleges, providing food and shelter, school uniforms, arranging tutorials in the home till they complete their scholastic requirements besides offering other services like arranging career guidance, placemat avenues etc. A separate home was constructed exclusively for this purpose and named Sri. Mani Children’s Home, in the fond memory of the founder president. The sincere motto behind this noble and innovative activity of imparting education is to see that the budding citizens of this great country should be suffered for no fault of them, just since they have born in families having leprosy background.
Since inception, 84 children have been educated through this project and got placements in various organisations to enable them to earn their daily bread with all the social dignity they deserve and the services rendered through this project thus become instrumental in improving the family values and lifestyles. Presently, 27 children are on rolls, striving hard to transform themselves to live up to the goals and objectives of this organisation.
